We are heading to Prudence Island for a little while
Or as I like to refer to it, "The Rock".
You see, there is nothing there but houses.
No stores, no restaurants, no bars, nothing, nada, zilch.
Sometimes it will drive you batty - others - just what the Dr. ordered.
Arriving can get a little frazzling - you see, the only way to get there is by boat, and if the seas are not cooperating, it can be quite a rough adventure.
Then, upon actual arrival, with many, many, many bags and food and kids and liquor and coolers and dog in tow (did I mention there are no stores on the island?) we must navigate the gazillion mile, upward slanted dock . . . with twists and turns and . . .
Then it's time to unpack and unload and set up house.
Everyone has a chore and helps out, even Little Miss B.
When all the unpacking and unloading is done, we can finally have some fun.
Maybe take a ride on the jetskis . . .
Or swing on the swings . . .
Mr. P likes to go clamming and do a little fishing . . .
And at the end of it all, it's time to just plain, old RELAX and enjoy the views . . .
. . . And the Setting Sun . . .
Have a wonderful week
I'll be catching up when we return . . . If we return . . .
